Suspension System:-

Definition:

 Under various Automobile movements such as

~ Pitching: Vibration resulting front and rear end of car
                    moving around the center of gravity of the vehicle (car)

~ Rolling: swinging movement laterally

~ Bouncing: Movement up and down

due to above movements vehicle be unbalanced and the vibration  also produce in the parts and whole system 

 For solution a system is required in automobile which is known as suspension system.

Suspension system's Role:

Supports the weight.

•2)

Provides a smooth ride. 

•3)

Allows rapid cornering without extreme

 body roll

•4)

Keeps tires in firm contact with the road

• 5)

Prevents excessive body squat.

•6)

Prevents excessive body dive.

•7)

Allows front wheels to turn side-to-side for steering. 

8)

Works with the steering system to keep the wheels in correct alignment.
